Pediatric  Behavioral Health Integration Training

Many of the challenges faced in implementing behavioral health integration in adult primary care settings apply as well to the integration of primary care settings that serve children.  However, as anyone who works in pediatric care will tell you, there are needs and practice routines in the care of children that are not the same as those in adult primary care, and these are often overlooked when behavioral health integration is discussed.

The webinar that is available on this page is an orientation to the particular roles and challenges of behavioral health integration in the primary care of children.  It was recorded on March 21, 2019, by Alexander Blount, EdD, a nationally known expert in integrated primary care.  The webinar was supported by the Endowment for Health in New Hampshire.
