Marriage and Family Therapists (MFT) specialize in providing therapy to couples and families. MFT’s can also provide psychotherapy to individuals and, as with other mental health professionals, assist patients with depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, familial discord, feelings regarding physical health complications and other life stressors.
